Q:  Does your company offer a selection of construction plans for clients to choose from?

A:  At Hart-Love Builders, customization is our calling card.  No two people are exactly the same, so why should homes be?  We pride ourselves in not building the same home twice.  While we don’t have “canned” plans for our clients to choose from, we do work with some of the best architects and designers to develop custom plans for our clients.

Q: What does your typical new construction process look like?

A:  We are available to walk our clients through every step of the building process:

• Land Selection
• Architectural design with an architect/designer
• Quote/Construction Budget
• Interior/Exterior finishes selections
• Build Process 
• Warranty

Q: If I already have a set of construction plans, can you work from those?

A: Yes, as long as the plans are a complete set of construction plans with the proper details and dimensions we can work from those plans.

Q: Do you build only in Nashville, TN?

A:  Our company holds a state of Tennessee General Contractor’s license which allows us to build residential homes anywhere in Tennessee.  The majority of our work is in Nashville and surrounding counties.
